What does the Sun hide from us?

Experiential activity to learn about the characteristics, activity, and mysteries of our star, the Sun.

In this activity, we will enjoy a brief introduction about what we know so far about the Sun, answering questions such as: why does the Sun warm us? What is it made of? Or even, why do we see the northern lights? Afterwards, we will observe two of its most spectacular layers thanks to the solar telescopes at the Mónnatura Pirineus astronomical observatory. We will conclude the activity by experimenting with the energy that comes to us from this star. Join us in observing the Sun!

In case of rain or low sky visibility, the activity will still take place, adapting to the weather conditions.
