To make the most of your residential visit, the MónNatura Pirineus has rules that must be met to promote harmony and maintain the facilities.
RULES OF THE CENTRE
The person making the booking is responsible for compliance with the conditions specified below:
• There may be several groups or individuals using the Centre at any one time. Please respect other users.
• Pets are not allowed in the building.
• The public is not allowed to enter the kitchen or other areas designated for exclusive staff use, e.g., offices.
• Please make good use of the communal areas: library, games room, etc.
• Books may not be removed from the library.
• The Centre has computers with Internet access. After dinner, use is reserved exclusively for adults.
• The toy library is a fun place for children under 7 years of age, who must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• There is a poster in the games room showing all the games available from reception. Please return games in good condition after use.
• No food allowed in rooms. The Centre is a no smoking area.
• Please switch off the lights in the rooms and other areas when not in use. To avoid heat loss, please keep doors closed, and also close window shutters at night.
• Furniture cannot be moved without the permission of the housekeeper or management team.
• Please sort your litter and use the relevant bins and containers for its disposal.
• The Centre recycles water using a special biological treatment; please do not pour hazardous materials into the sinks or toilets.Please use water responsibly.
• The Centre and those involved in the education service have a public liability policy covering all activities led by teachers but no other eventualities.
• The user will be responsible for the costs incurred in replacing or repairing any lost or damaged furniture or equipment.
• The parking area is indicated at the entrance to the Centre. Parking is not permitted elsewhere.
• At the end of your visit you will be invited (anonymously) to complete a survey assessing the quality of your residential visit and making any suggestions you think appropriate.
• On the last day of your residential visit, rooms must be vacated at 10 am at the latest.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• The Centre has accommodation for 94 people.
• The Centre is open from 9:00 to 23:00.
• Quiet time is from 23:30 to 7:30.
• Meal times are as follows: - Breakfast: 8:30 to 10:00 - Lunch: 13:30 to 15:00 - Dinner: 20:30 to 22:00.
• Cafeteria: 11:00 to 23:00.
• Please inform us of any special dietary requirements. This should be done at time of booking or at reception well in advance of meals.
• Educational service staff will remain in the Centre during all activities.
• At night or outside the activities timetable, the housekeeper is available to assist in case of need (illness, accident, etc.). In case of emergency or should you find yourself locked out, please ring the bell to the right of the main door of the building.
• Although the Centre has a complete basic first-aid kit, it does not dispense drugs and has no medical services, although efforts will be made to help if required. The Centre has a refrigerator to store medicines.
• Each room has duvet covers, pillows, pillowcases, and towels.
ACTIVITIES
• The Centre is open from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. Evening activities run from 21:30 to 23:00 (half an hour later during summer months). The group leader will inform you of any changes to this timetable.
• All activities are conducted by an environmental leader who is in overall charge of the group and whose instructions must be followed.
• Should anyone not wish to perform an activity, please inform reception or the relevant group leader.
• All the activities are suitable for all participants, except in cases of special needs. In this case, please contact the Centre to discuss requirements and modifications.
• The full-day trips included in some types of programmes are appropriate for all and reach a maximum height differential of 500 metres, at the pace set by the group. As lunch is provided by the Centre in lunch boxes, it is only necessary to be equipped as detailed below.
